Acceptable use policy — AI-generated content

This policy covers content generated on Tiny Desk AI. Last updated 29 October 2026. Report abuse to report@tiny-desk-video.com.

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Videos generated from the portraits you attach to seats in the fixed 19-second band clip.
  • The uploaded portraits themselves and related account activity.
  • Shared download and phone-handoff links created from your renders.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use the service to create or attempt to create:

  • Sexual or NSFW content.
  • Graphic violence or gore.
  • Hate speech or content that dehumanises a protected group.
  • Child sexual abuse material, or any sexualisation of a minor.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation used to deceive — including presenting a video as a real appearance by the person pictured.
  • Content that infringes copyright or trademark, or redistributes broadcast footage.

2.1 Zero tolerance

  • CSAM or any sexual content involving anyone under 18.
  • Terrorism, instructions for extreme violence, or weapons manufacturing guidance.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, or any “nudify” style request.

2.2 Portrait uploads

You may upload a photo of yourself, or of a person who is 18 or older and has clearly consented. Celebrity faces, photos of minors, and non-consenting third parties are prohibited. The studio requires the consent checkbox before a render is accepted, and every uploaded photo is scanned before generation starts.

2.3 One face per seat

Each of the five seats takes a different person. Using one face in two seats is unsupported and degrades the render; uploading the same photo to all five seats is treated as misuse of the pipeline.

3. Moderation

  • Input: every portrait is checked by an image-moderation service (fail-closed) before generation. A rejection cancels the job and refunds the credits.
  • Generation: prompts are server-locked. There is no free-text prompt box, so scene instructions cannot be smuggled in. The rendering model is Wan 3.0 via APIMart.
  • Output: completed jobs record an output-moderation audit stamp before delivery. Reported content is reviewed manually.
  • Moderation failure records on refused jobs are retained for compliance review.

4. Reporting

Email report@tiny-desk-video.com with the creation id or URL, your account email, and a short description. We keep reporter identity confidential where lawful. Malicious false reports may be logged.

Target response: serious (child safety) within 24 hours; other reports within 3 business days.

5. Enforcement

  • Content removal or link expiry.
  • Credit forfeiture for policy refusals where stated in the refund policy.
  • Temporary suspension or permanent ban.
  • Referral to law enforcement for illegal material.

6. Appeals

If you believe a moderation or ban decision is wrong, email report@tiny-desk-video.com within 14 days with “Appeal” in the subject. A different reviewer will re-check when capacity allows.
